Lucas Schroeder is extremely driven. He’s the type of agent who will set a goal and do everything in his power to ensure he achieves it. Born in Mitchell, South Dakota, Lucas attended Hanson High School in Alexandria, where he was presented the South Dakota Hero Award by the Governor for his attention and care given to classmates in need. That dedication to serving others continues to define both his character and the way he conducts business today. He later earned an Associate’s degree in Marketing and Business from Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls.
With several years of experience in the land and agriculture industry—and a proven track record of helping clients successfully buy and sell land, Lucas brings a strong, practical understanding of what landowners and buyers value most. His background in logistics, construction, and agriculture, along with managing leases and cash rent agreements on his family’s land, gives him a well-rounded foundation that directly benefits his clients. He’s grateful to work in land real estate, where his passion for the outdoors, farm management experience, and respect for conservation all come together to guide landowners toward their goals.
Lucas is a member of Pheasants Forever, Ducks Unlimited, RMEF, and the NRA. When he’s not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife Amanda and their daughters, Raegan and Rowan.
