Hello, my name is Ron Mueller and I just purchased some land from a wonderful couple through a realtor from Midwest Land Group named Lucas Schroeder. We set up a time to meet but I was having trouble with my phone, and the problem was the operator on my end. But it all turned out well. Lucas gave us a tour of the area with his 4-wheeler, which before I had probably only done anything like that on horseback in the Bighorns. We saw some deer, whitetail I believe, and even a curious coyote. Fun and entertaining. Lucas became more than just a land agent through the company. He met with me to understand what I was really looking for and to get to know me. Also to learn about my personal interests, which we both share with the outdoors. In order for me to make this transaction, I needed to liquidate some assets of my own. He helped make it work on both ends, which as crazy as it sounds, took almost a year. I believe he put at least 110%, if not more, toward making both parties happy. If you are ever in the market to make something work, I believe you would not be disappointed in having Lucas standing alongside you to make it happen. With his honesty and dedication to making things right and putting something together, his work shines. The only other thing I can say he represents the true old-fashioned American way of life as it shows in his personal family life with a wonderful wife and new daughter. I've been receiving fliers and postcards from land brokers for years and Midwest Land Group is the broker that impressed me the most when we made the decision to sell our property. We want to thank Lucas Schroeder and Midwest Land Group for a job well-done. We had 160 acres in central South Dakota, which originally we did not intend to sell. Sometimes, however, the needs of a family change, and we decided to look into selling. As novices, we had few contacts, and initially received mixed signals and general misinformation. We responded to some of the ads from various land realtors, who happily answered a few initial questions, but then quickly lost interest. We then received a mailer from Midwest Land Group – it was more professional than the others. It was more like working with a friend than working with a land agent we had never met. There were no hidden details or sudden surprises: everything was up-front. When it came to the time for “signing,” the decision to drive up to South Dakota and complete the deal in person was easy. We now count Lucas as a friend, and heartily recommend his services to others. They too will have a positive experience.
