80 acres at Bowhog Ranch is currently being utilized by the current owners as a hog hunting ranch. The perimeter of the 80 acres contains 6 foot high fencing and a fantastic trail system to allow for easy access throughout. The mature hardwoods, ravines and the 4 ponds provide for an incredible landscape for some of the best hog and deer hunting in the four state region. Multiple hog traps and catch pens are also located within the boundary of the 80 acres. There is also plenty of deer sign that suggests the new owners will have the opportunity to not only harvest hogs, but some of the best whitetails in the area. Several 150” to 180” deer have been known to frequent the property.

107 +/- acres of the ranch is fenced and cross-fenced and could be utilized for running a few head of livestock, hay production or hunting. The bermuda pastures on the east are dissected by mature, timber-lined ridges and valleys.
