Just outside of Coffeyville, Kansas, on the banks of Onion Creek sits this dynamic recreational paradise. Allowing you to remove water in the spring and summer to plant your marsh, but also the ability to retain water into winter when all the ducks show up. For the waterfowler, this property has perfect topography along the southern edge of Onion Creek to add a future timber hole. One small dike, a water control structure, and there is enough room to create a 3-acre timber hole for chasing the early wood ducks that fly Onion Creek on a regular basis, to those late-season mallards that love a quiet spot out of the wind! In the springtime, this farm lights up with morning gobblers sounding off from the roost. The entire creek bottom along Onion Creek has a thriving population of turkeys.
