Patrick was great to work with in helping me buy my Iowa farm. I've worked with a few different agents in the past and came to find certain qualities that standout for excellent agents. I enjoyed working with Midwest Land Group agent Patrick Cutter. We ran into each other by chance at a taxidermist, each of us dropping off a deer. Through some brief talk I mentioned I was looking to purchase a property and he knew of a property that was going up for sale soon. A week later Patrick and I met and rode together to take a look at the property in person. I really appreciated that Patrick was so willing to meet me and do this on a Saturday. He had no hesitation when it came to touring the 80 acre property. We pretty well hiked all over the majority of the property, crossing a creek a couple times and climbing a steep bank, ducking under cedars and crawling through multi-flora rose. We probably spent a couple hours hiking around. Once I decided to make an offer, Patrick did a great job staying in communication with me and walking me through the process and explaining what was happening. If it was not for Patrick being so flexible with the weekend touring and time spent hiking around the property, I probably would not have made the purchase, he really went above and beyond with that.
