I would highly recommend Karl Ward and Midwest Land group to anybody that is looking for someone that is super personable, motivated, and knowledgeable to find you what you're looking for in a tight market. They have amazing marketing and motivation and we'll get the word out across the country. We started looking for a home in Southern Missouri area early Spring of 2021. At the time we lived in Colorado so it was a bit tricky with the hot market to find a property that would work for our family and we had no connections in the Missouri area so we decided to take a trip to look at properties. We came across a property that was listed by Midwest Land Group and met one of the agents, Beau Mantle who was very knowledgeable and personable. We were unable to get a property at that visit because we had to get stuff lined up with our home we were selling in another state. But we found a realtor that we liked. Meanwhile Beau Mantle was awesome and kept us connected by sending emails of properties that fit what we were looking for. Then we planned another trip out to Missouri to look at land, Beau was not available but he put us in contact with one of his colleagues, Karl Ward, who was more in the southeast area of Missouri that we were looking at. Karl Ward was absolutely amazing to work with and we drove all over the countryside looking at property. He listen to exactly what we wanted. We totally trusted him to help us find what we were looking for, which was awesome and a huge relief to find somebody we could trust and was good. Because we were so far away, we knew we could not keep doing trips back and forth to look at properties. So when it came time we could buy, Karl helped us find property that we liked then Karl would go and check it out and video conference us so we could see the property and ask questions as he was walking through the properties. Having a real estate agent like Karl Ward that was trustworthy, confident, creative, connected and knowledgeable was absolutely a blessing to our family. We have moved more times than I'd like to think about. I classified Realtors with used car salesman. That was the way I felt until Karl Ward came into our life. His values fell in line with ours. He was prompt, no-nonsense, did exactly what he said he would do. He was there when he said he would be. He told us that the house wouldn't be on the market for very long and it was not. He did not let people come that were not really interested and just out for the weekend looking at houses or people not ready to buy or in an area like ours. I cannot sing Karl's Praises High Enough!
