I decided that buying a farm was my next “dream come true”. To accomplish that, I needed to find an experienced Land Agent to guide me through the process. It was very easy as I called Korey O'Day to set up a date to tour farms of interest. I arrived early at the first farm and was met by Korey who came equipped to tour the farms that day from the perspective of his UTV. I selected the farms we liked and Korey did the rest - offer submitted, contract delivered and sale completed. This sounds easy, but it involved many aspects of negotiating and clearing hurdles that any property purchase involves. Korey made it all happen and the hiccups disappeared after a couple deep breaths. He is very professional and dedicated to his customer and his occupation. I made a great decision by calling Korey and hopefully you will too.
