Joshua Strickland

Joshua’s professional background gives him a unique perspective on the land-buying and selling process. Through owning and operating a real estate photography business, he has worked closely with agents, buyers, and sellers and developed a strong understanding of what it takes to successfully market a property. He knows how to identify the features that make a property stand out and how to present them in a way that captures a buyer’s attention. He brings that same attention to detail and marketing experience to every land transaction.

Born in Tulsa and now living in Claremore, Oklahoma, Joshua Strickland has spent his life connected to the outdoors. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, Joshua also has extensive hands-on experience managing his own hunting lease. He personally develops and maintains food plots for deer, turkey, and dove while managing habitat and waterfowl opportunities. This experience has taught him to evaluate property from the perspective of someone who actually uses and improves the land.

Joshua earned his Firefighter I and EMT certifications through Oklahoma State University and volunteers with Ducks Unlimited. He is also a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa.

Serving Northeast Oklahoma, Joshua believes land is more than a transaction. It can be a lifestyle, an investment, and a legacy. His goal is to understand each client’s vision, protect their best interests, and help them find or sell a property that truly fits their goals.
