Joel Taylor specializes in farms, ranches, native grass, pasture, recreational properties, and rural land throughout the Flint Hills and surrounding Kansas region. His goal is simple: understand the property, identify its true market potential, and connect it with the right buyers.
Before entering land sales, Joel spent more than a decade with the Missouri Department of Conservation, working in Forestry and Wildlife. He managed approximately 5,000 acres of public land and worked with private landowners on conservation and restoration projects. His experience includes grasslands, prairies, wetlands, savannas, woodlands and forests, giving him a perspective on land that extends well beyond an aerial map or MLS listing.
Joel later joined the Pro Staff of Heartland Bowhunter, traveling throughout the country while hunting, filming and producing television. That experience deepened his knowledge of wildlife, habitat and recreational properties.
Today, Joel combines his conservation background, land expertise and passion for the outdoors with Midwest Land Group's land-focused real estate platform. He helps Kansas & Missouri landowners evaluate their property's agricultural, recreational and investment potential and develop a marketing strategy designed specifically for the property.
