Cory VanBeck
Serving Central and Western Minnesota
Cory VanBeck brings a lifetime of hands-on land experience, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their property goals. Raised on a farm outside of Greenwald, Minnesota, Cory developed an early appreciation for hard work, the outdoors, and the value of well-managed land. Today, he resides in Brooten with his wife, Erica, and enjoys spending time with their growing family, including their children and granddaughter.
An avid hunter, Cory’s connection to land goes far beyond just recreation; it’s rooted in personal experience. At just 20 years old, he purchased his first 45-acre tract near Brooten, transforming it over the years into a thriving whitetail habitat. Through strategic improvements such as CRP enrollment, tree planting, food plots, and habitat design, Cory has turned a blank slate into a proven hunting property. He continues to expand and manage multiple properties across Minnesota and South Dakota, giving him a practical understanding of land value, improvement potential, and long-term investment.
Professionally, Cory spent 29 years with Bayer Built Woodworks, where he served as a Team Leader for 26 years, managing teams of up to 40 employees. His leadership experience reflects a commitment to communication, accountability, and delivering high-quality results, qualities he now brings to his clients.
Whether you’re buying your first piece of land or preparing to sell, Cory offers real-world experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients turn their vision into reality.
