In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, I was directed by my nephew to contact Andy Anderson with Midwest Land Group to help sell 110 acres that I co-owned near Hamilton Missouri. There are not enough superlatives to describe the professionalism of Mr. Andy Anderson and Midwest Land Group in assisting me to sell my land in mid-Missouri. About ten years ago, I moved from Missouri to Illinois and decided to sell some 40 acres of timberland near Sturgeon, Missouri. The land contained two stocked ponds, rolling hills and was ideal for hunting. At first I contracted with a local realtor who claimed to be an expert rural property sales, but I soon became disenchanted when he was unable to attract any offers, even after I lowered the asking price several times.
