Zed, I saw your name this morning and just thought I would drop you a note. The property we bought in Garnett has been perfect for our family, just wanted to say thank you for your part in our purchase. My 17 year old son Jared and I just did our hunter safety and look forward to hunting on our own land. Neither one of us have hunted before so we will see how it goes. We used Zane and Zed to both find and sell a terrific Kansas deer property. Timing may be everything but they offered a written offer within 4 hours of our first conversation about selling. Can't say if they did a better job on finding the property initially or the quick sale. Out of gratitude for the business, they gave me the safety harness that saved my life this past year. Zed Goodwin is not only an excellent Realtor, but is someone who is very thorough in his ability to present to a customer his product. He took us through every stage of our land purchase making our paper work easy from a distance.
