Full possession of the property will be after the 2025 soybean harvest, and the property is currently under a 1/3 to 2/3 crop share with a tenant farmer. Mineral rights are intact and will transfer, but are subject to an active oil/gas lease that is currently not producing. There is no oil/gas equipment on the property. A boundary survey will need to be performed to separate these acres from the existing parcel.
