I do not need a real estate license to apply, but will need a license to sell real estate prior to getting started.

My compensation will be 100% commission based and has unlimited upside potential. This is not a salaried role, and I will need to be able to go for several months before receiving my first check.

I will be my own boss as an independent contractor for Midwest Land Group. As such, I will receive a 1099 at the end of each year, not a W-2.

Midwest Land Group provides the platform, marketing tools, and training for my success, but as an independent contractor, I am responsible for my own business expenses, insurance, and retirement accounts.

To maintain the company's industry-leading brand standards, each agent is required to have a full-size truck 5 years old or newer and a UTV to show property.
