Seth Spire

Serving Northwest Missouri

Born in Maryville and raised in rural Atchison County, Missouri, Seth Spire has spent his life connected to the land. Seth earned his degree in Wildlife Ecology & Conservation from Northwest Missouri State University before spending 13 years with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) across Iowa and Missouri. There Seth spent a lot of time connecting with landowners, farmers, and tenants, assisting them in finding ways to improve and conserve their natural resources. He gained valuable experience during that time, working across diverse landscapes and projects that include cropland, timber land, and pasture land.

A lifelong and passionate bowhunter, Seth has developed a deep understanding of wildlife habitat and what makes a property successful. He enjoys putting that knowledge to work through food plots, timber stand improvement, prescribed burning, and other habitat projects. Today, he and his wife, Maria, are raising their four children on land near Tarkio, where farming, hunting, and land management remain central to their lives.

Serving Northwest Missouri, Seth brings a straightforward, honest approach to every client relationship. He understands that buying or selling land is a significant decision and believes in transparency, hard work, and doing what is best for each client. Whether you’re buying your first tract, or selling a legacy farm, contact Seth to go to work for you. If you’re curious about selling your property, call Seth Spire to learn what your land could be worth and how to position it for the right buyer.
