I've bought and sold several different pieces over the years allowing me to work with agents from all different brokerages. I have never had an agent so easy to work with, and a man of his word. Everything he said he would do. He actually did! And more! Making a purchase in a reverse 1031 is never ideal, but with all my demands, Dennis met and exceeded all my requests.
