Rance Riley
Serving Oklahoma
Born in Shattuck, Oklahoma, Rance grew up spending summers at his family’s lake property in Eufaula, where he hunted, fished, explored thousands of acres of public land. Today, he and his wife, Mary Beth, continue that tradition with their three sons, Carder, Crue, and Knox. Rance owns recreational and income-producing properties across Oklahoma, including 55 acres in Eufaula that he actively manages and enjoys with his family.
Rance brings a diverse background in real estate and land ownership to his work with clients. He has bought and sold land, while also building houses, flipping properties, and developing a portfolio that includes rentals, a trailer park, commercial office space, and storage. His experience as an oil and gas land man also gives him valuable knowledge of mineral rights, and leases.
Rance takes an old-school, relationship-first approach to real estate. He believes the best way to understand a client’s goals is to sit down face-to-face, listen, and build a genuine relationship. Serving landowners and buyers throughout Oklahoma, Rance brings that same approach to every transaction.
