I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from Paul Lowry with Midwest Land Group calls for an exception. Paul put quality over quantity when it came to helping me find the right property. What I mean by quality is I was not just a number, but he genuinely cared to understand what I was looking for in a property. Paul was always 100% professional, patient with my questions, and provided leadership on how and when to get under contract. He is an asset to Midwest Land Group, and I greatly appreciate everything he did for me. I cannot say thank you enough!

I just sold my small hunting farm through Paul Lowry. What a professional experience from beginning to end. I have been a commercial real estate broker for 16 years and have worked with good agents on deals and some not so good. I initially chose to list my property with Midwest Land Group instead of handling it myself, because of their specialty in land, something I don’t do a lot of. I received timely service, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. The materials that Paul and Midwest Land Group provided were awesome. Great advertising, great flyers and from my perspective a good network of buyers. The farm closed within 45 days of listing and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I am the managing member of a family-owned real estate LLC. Part of the portfolio was a farm that had been in the family for over a hundred years. The decision to sell was not made lightly. Paul comes from a family that also has a century-old farm so he knew the decision was about more than just money. Unlike other brokers that I had spoken to, Paul took the time to physically tour the property. He took copious notes and spent about an hour and a half touring the 90 acres in an ATV so that he had a firm grasp on what the property could offer. He took time to thoroughly research the property and the available comps; re-affirming his knowledge of land and land use. When he got back to me, he offered not one, but three options for selling the property, which I had not expected. Paul knew I had a buyer in mind (the farmer who had been working the land) and could have sold the property on my own. There was no pressure from Paul to use him for the sale. It seemed only prudent though to use him knowing and trusting that the paperwork would be done correctly. The process was quick (3 months) from first meet to close. I would and have recommended Paul to anyone that is looking for an honest, fair, knowledgeable land agent.

We started out listing our property with "a friend" that listed it lower than we expected. After six months and a big price drop, we canceled the contract. I worked with Andy Anderson at Midwest Land Group to sell 40 hilly acres of timber with no improvements or ingress road. I had a wide range of expectations for a selling cost, somewhere between tax value and "sight unseen" offers I had received. Before he even had a chance to get the aerial photo and list it, Andy found a buyer at nearly triple my dream-highest expectation. The whole sale was handled with so little demand on my own time that it's almost like I dreamed it, except for my interactions with Andy, which felt like talking to an old friend. I would not hesitate to recommend MLG to anyone selling rural properties!
Because of Ed Gramza's knowledge and expertise, the process of selling my land went very smoothly. Ed is the type of realtor any seller would wish to deal with. Starting with the many contacts that he used for my sale. He listed it in several venues, so there was great exposure. There was a large sign along the road in front of my property. He also posted pictures from the ground and with the use of a drone, had spectacular aerial views. I always felt Ed was working hard for me, even going above and beyond at times. If I had any questions, he got back to me in a very timely manner. Ed kept me in the loop whenever he was contacted by a prospective buyer.
The land was sold much sooner than I had ever anticipated, and the closing went smoothly and quickly.

I'm almost certain that without Ed's help, I would not have been successful in my offer on our property and if I had, I would have ended up paying much more. I knew almost nothing about buying undeveloped rural land and Ed was able to answer every question I had and provide me the confidence I needed to pull the trigger on such a large investment quickly.
