Working with Mitch Newcomer at Midwest Land Group was a seamless process while buying a farm in northern Missouri.  Since I live out of state, Mitch was very accommodating to show us the farm that fit my family's schedule.  I was able to have my questions answered to ensure me that this particular property was right for my family.   My family, as well as myself, are passionate about hunting, so I was glad to hear Mitch also shared that passion as we spent several hours driving the property in his UTV.  As well as discussing different hunting set ups for the farm, we also talked about the income that the farm produces.  That was also an important aspect to my decision to purchase.  Mitch explained the different income sources the farm had and additional income that could be generated, which peaked my interest.   Once the offer was accepted from the seller, I had a limited amount of time to close on the property.  Mitch stayed in close contact to make sure that happened...from making calls to the title company, the lender and the appraiser.  He made sure the closing happened as fast as possible, to meet my deadline.   My family has been excited to get out and enjoy the farm since we closed 2 months ago.  The trail cam pics have not disappointed, and I can not wait to get in a tree this Fall with my bow, chasing some of these big deer.
