Luke McCoy

Luke McCoy

Serving Northeast Iowa

Luke’s professional background is rooted in relationships. After earning multiple degrees in biblical studies, worship, organizational leadership, and executive coaching, he spent nearly two decades serving as a pastor in Iowa. That experience taught him the importance of listening well, understanding people, and helping them navigate important seasons of life—skills he now brings to land sales throughout Northeast Iowa.

An avid deer, turkey, and pheasant hunter, Luke has spent years studying and improving wildlife habitat, with a particular passion for developing recreational properties for whitetails. He understands how timber, bedding cover, travel corridors, and food sources work together to create a property’s potential. Through his work with Timberline Productions, he has also developed experience telling stories through film and showcasing the qualities that make a property unique.

Now living in Marion with his wife, Audrey, and their four children, Luke has developed a deep connection to the land through hunting, camping, fishing, farm chores, and time spent alongside the farmers and landowners who have become friends over the years.

Luke believes buying or selling land is rarely just a transaction. It is often connected to a family, a dream, or a new chapter in life. His goal is to listen carefully, represent each property honestly, and connect buyers and sellers with land that fits their vision. Whether you’re ready to sell or searching for your next property, call Luke McCoy. Let’s talk about your land goals.
