We signed on with Kyle Steinfeldt of Midwest Land Group in early April 2022, to sell our family's second farm. We had a buyer before July 1, 2022. The offer was more than we had hoped for.
Kyle was very professional in dealing with us. His goal of finding the right buyer for our farm was evident in his gathering information, taking pictures to showcase our land, and showing the farm multiple times. He was aware of our emotional attachment to the land. He listened as we shared stories and memories. We felt he was connected to our family and farm.

I recently had to relocate to Des Moines and had to sell my childhood acreage which was a tough thing to do due to it being 3rd generation owned. After trying to sell private I decided to have a realtor help list it on the market. I consulted with 3 different realtors and their service and transparency were subpar at best. I was not happy with my realtor experience from the get go and made me pretty jaded. Then Kyle Steinfeldt saw my listing on Craigslist and reached out to me and was more than open and honest. At first I thought to myself, “oh boy, another realtor looking to make a quick sale,” but I could not have been more wrong. We scheduled a meeting after I looked into Midwest Land Group and their corporation really impressed me.
At our first meeting, Kyle came to the property on time and was extremely professional, punctual and honest. He let me know he deals more with larger properties but he knew this one was special and was very enthusiastic to be of service. He understood and saw the potential my property had and was more than excited to help get what I wanted. This was my 4th time selling/buying property and Kyle made this experience the easiest I ever dealt with hands down. He scheduled showings almost seamlessly throughout the very short time in the market and got the top dollar I was asking for. He always stayed in contact if there were any change of plans. There is no such thing as a perfect plan as there are speed bumps, hurdles and hoops to jump through along the way of this process but having Kyle on your side, the execution was as close to perfect as one gets. He’s a very relatable guy and is very intent on listening to my wants and needs from the process, he was very patient with me and the very few issues we had that were out of everybody’s control, Kyle got them resolved almost immediately as if there wasn’t an issue to begin with. He definitely is the guy to roll up his sleeves and get it done and is a guy you definitely want in your corner wether it be buying and selling.
I am beyond happy with working with Kyle, he made everything so easy. Kyle is a very reliable, honest, he has the drive and work ethic that is unmatched these days and I was beyond impressed. He had multiple clients while working for me and things to do but the experience was like I was the only one.
