I just wanted to take an opportunity to recognize Jordan Petersen for the service and professionalism he showed throughout the entire buying and closing process on our recent 300+ acre farm ground purchase in Cherokee County. Jordan was always quick to respond to questions. Often with my schedule, that included texts long after "business hours", but I was always impressed that he would get right back to me. He said he was a 24/7 realtor, and I tested that a few times, and apparently he is!
Jordan was great on follow through too and kept the surveying, abstracting, and closing processes moving along during a very busy period of land sales for everyone. I hope to have additional land purchases in the future, and I would be happy to use Jordan and Midwest Land Group again!
