If you ever wanted an individual working for your absolute best interest in finding you the right property, Jason is the right individual for you. Serving Eastern Tennessee, Jason was extremely helpful in showing us properties, given the extremely short notice we had asked of him. Saying Jason is a land specialist barely says enough. Every MLG specialist we have worked with while searching for properties have all represented Midwest Land Group with professionalism and courtesy. Midwest Land Group should know Jason represents their company at the highest regard. He was accommodating to our short notice due to our traveling schedule. His personal vehicle was extremely well cared for, both inside and out, and clearly displaying the company's logo making it stand out in a crowed parking lot. His side x side we used for exploring areas throughout the property was equally impressive, getting us to some hard to reach, and difficult areas of the property. All you have to do is read Jason's biography and you will know he is a gentleman who knows what he is doing. In addition, Jason had an extremely impressive pamphlet on the property we saw. Several pages of color filled images, multiple angles, ariel images, terrain images, and was full of details. If you are looking for land alone or land with habitable living quarters in Eastern Tennessee, I couldn't recommend Jason and Midwest Land Group to represent your needs any better.

Thanks for selling my farm (107 acres) so fast. I had it for 48 years, and I didn’t think it would sell that quickly. I wanted to wait until next year to list it because of the fall of the year. You advised me to list it, you priced it, and you told me how to market it. You are a pro at this market.
