I recently sold my house with some property. After my first realtor wiled away a year doing nothing I decided to find someone new. Jake Fowler with Midwest Land Group was recommended by some family friends. I was a bit hesitant as the realtor fee was a bit more than most I've seen or were told about. My fears were quickly put to rest, within days of taking over Jake had my listing posted online in multiple places, pamphlets made and within the first few weeks was already getting requests for showings. In the end I believe it took 60-90 days to sell my property, and I could not be more happy. Jake was great with keeping in touch with me, which was nice as a first time home seller, he was always available to answer my questions or return a call. He kept me informed of what was going on through the whole process, completely night and day from the first realtor. Could not recommend someone more strongly. If I had not moved out of state I'd have likely turned around and asked him to find me some more property. Wonderful overall experience. Thank you.
