David Convy

David Convy brings more than a decade of agricultural experience, a background in finance, and a lifetime spent outdoors to his work serving landowners across Nebraska. For 14 years, David worked in agricultural sales with Bayer CropScience, Syngenta Seeds, and Dow AgroSciences, managing dealer and distributor networks across Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, and Arizona. His career put him on farms and ranches alongside the people who live and work the land every day, giving him a practical understanding of soils, water, productivity, and the economics that influence agricultural land value.

An avid hunter, fisherman, hiker, and skier, David understands the appeal of recreational land because he looks for many of the same qualities himself. He and his wife, Maggie, live in Ashland with their children, Davey and Charlotte, and their lab, DOC.

David believes land transactions deserve honesty, careful listening, and a commitment to doing things the right way. He takes the time to actually understand what each client needs.
