Born and raised in Sabetha, Kansas, Benji Stoller offers clients an authentic understanding of Northeast Kansas land and the opportunities it holds. Growing up on the farm at a young age, combined with years spent hunting, trapping, and exploring the outdoors, has shaped his ability to evaluate properties from both a recreational and agricultural perspective.

Benji attended Kansas State University, where he obtained his degree in Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management, further developing his knowledge of habitat, land management, and property potential. Professionally, he has worked with multiple outfitters and owned his own outfitting business on Milford Lake, building strong relationships with clients and earning a reputation for reliability and service. These experiences have sharpened his communication skills and reinforced a client-first approach that carries into his real estate career.

Well-acquainted with the surrounding counties, Benji has spent years hunting thousands of acres of diverse terrain, giving him a trained eye for how a property lays and how it can be best utilized. Whether it’s productive farmland, pasture, or recreational ground, he understands how to position land to maximize its value.
