Shawn Charles hails from Mexico, Missouri. He attained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2009. He’s been finding and managing land investment properties on a continual basis for various family members since 2013, so he’s well versed in both sides of land transactions. He enjoys spending time on his tractor, hanging out with his parents and four siblings, watching Chiefs and Mizzou football games, and expanding his knowledge in order to become a better hunter and farmer. He’s a member of QDMA, NWTF and NRA. Shawn farms in Putnam, Missouri, and enjoys guiding whitetail and turkey hunts. Being a first-generation farmer, Shawn’s passion for the outdoors is unique in that his drive to succeed there has been relentless so much so that he’s educated himself on how to farm row crops as well as for wildlife and everything related to those pursuits. He brings a unique personal experience to the table having the viewpoint of a hunter, farmer and investor. This comes in handy, as he’s able to use that to help his clients make solid land deals.
