Lindsey Martin

Lindsey Martin

Serving Arkansas and Oklahoma

Born in Mena, Arkansas, Lindsey was raised on her parents’ cattle farm in the Ouachita Mountains, a mountain range in West Central Arkansas. Lindsey comes from a long line of land owners. Knowing what it takes to care for your family’s property and appreciating what it stands for is in her genes. Her entire life, she has seen the blood, sweat and tears that go into managing land, so Lindsey appreciates the special place that it holds in its owners’ hearts. The decision to buy or sell land isn’t always an easy one, and Lindsey shows you and the land the respect both deserve. When you’re buying or selling property, you’re bound to have a better experience when you work with a native-Arkansas land agent who understands exactly where you’re coming from. Lindsey says, “Anyone raised on a farm knows that nothing else in the world instills a better work ethic in you.” She took her work ethic with her to college at the University of Central Arkansas where she earned her biology degree. After college, Lindsey worked in corporate banking, insurance sales and sales management. Eventually, the corporate life led Lindsey to look for a career that combined her management skills with her passion for land. Representing buyers and sellers in land transactions was the answer. “Becoming a land broker was perfect. Talking to people about land is something I enjoy most. If I can’t be out on my own family’s land managing and hunting it, helping people buy and sell their land is the next best thing,” explains Lindsey.

She started hunting after she married her husband, Heath, who is also a land agent with Midwest Land Group. Between the two of them, they serve a large portion of western Arkansas. She and Heath both are vital to managing Lindsey’s family ranch today. When she isn’t helping clients find or sell their property, you’ll find working on her family’s farm. Also, she enjoys riding UTVs, reading a good book, hunting and filming the experience with Heath. You can catch them on several episodes airing on the famed deer biologist, Dr. Grant Woods’ GrowingDeer.tv. She is QDMA level 1 and 2 certified. If you want to work with a land broker who comes from a family who really understands land’s value, both financially and personally, give Lindsey a call. You won’t be disappointed.
