We went through Kent when we bought our home in Churdan, Iowa on Oct 22nd. Kent throughout the entire process was always in contact with us. He truly listened to our needs and he goes above and beyond just selling or helping you buy a home..we were downsizing and gearing towards a different phase in our lives.  We knew our home was going to be some work to get where we wanted it. Kent brought his truck and trailer and helped us haul old carpets and used his network to help get the plumber and handyman work done. We were looking to buy farmland as an investment. Being new to this, Kent Brant was absolutely the right land agent for us. He explained all the pro's and con's of each piece of land we considered. And being out of state buyers, Kent went above and beyond his duties. We feel that he was definitely the right man for the job, and we are already using him for another land purchase now!

I met Kent in May to discuss the possibility of listing property that I was considering putting on the market and selling.  Kent drove to the property in southern Iowa, then drove to my office in west-central Wisconsin to present his marketing plan.  As it turned out, the timing wasn’t right for a sale at that time, so I did not list at that time.  In late November circumstances changed and I needed the property sold ASAP.  I informed Kent of my situation and the need to have it sold prior to the end of the year.  We agreed on a listing price and Kent was able to get an offer that was a fair price as well as have it close on December 31. 

My experience with Kent was first class.  He kept me informed, provided resources and followed through on all he agreed to provide.  I would highly recommend Kent if you have property to sell.
