When it comes to land management, Brad Niemann’s knowledge and hands-on experience are among the best. Born and raised in Red Oak, Iowa, Brad attended Northwest Missouri State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation Management. Brad’s professional career began while serving the State of Kansas as a wildlife area manager and supervisor. He’s also a Certified Wildlife Law Enforcement Officer and Type 2 Wildland Firefighter. 

Prior to joining Midwest Land Group, Brad worked for the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism managing over 12,000 acres of wildlife habitat, lake, and recreational facilities. His professional expertise in land management includes prescribed fire, wetland management, prairie restoration, timber stand improvement, and patch burn grazing implementation.

Brad’s knowledge on how to create and sustain productive, healthy, and profitable habitat to suit the goals and objectives of each landowner are a benefit to his clients. He’s also well-versed in food plot establishment and maintenance, agricultural leasing, and wildlife population surveys.

Brad lives in Pomona KS, with his wife, Carissa, young daughter Hadleigh, and their three dogs, Kaiya, Roxie, and Finley. In his free time, Brad enjoys being in the outdoors bow hunting, waterfowl hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time at the lake with family and friends. He’s a member of Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, and the National Wild​ Turkey Federation.
