Marty Ponder

Marty Ponder

Serving Oklahoma

Marty Ponder understands land as well as anyone. That’s because, for 25 years, he worked as an AI tech, breeding cattle internationally and on some of the nicest ranches in Oklahoma. In this role, he looked at producers’ grass resources and herd health to ensure that each received the best AI possible. Prior to his AI career, Marty spent many years in the oilfield industry, which gives him an upper hand when dealing with Mineral Rights and how they affect landowners. He also has the keen ability to see the potential in every square foot of property, all of which combines to make him an incredible resource throughout your real estate transaction.  He grew up in the Kellyville public school district and went on to attend Oklahoma State University. Today, he lives with his wife, Debbie, and their youngest son, Angus, in Bristow, OK, while his older boys, Zach and Dillon, are both in college. When he’s not working real estate, Marty can be found attending his sons’ activities, hunting, fishing, or working at his personal ranch. Marty’s known for his ingenuity, as exemplified in his assisted development with the National Resources Conservation Service of a no-cost, solar-pumped water system during the drought of ‘11/’12 that requires no electricity, producing fresh water for each of his pastures. He’s a proud member of the American Angus Association, Lions Club, and local football and baseball booster clubs. Contact Marty today, and let him share his excitement for land with you.
