Jim Nantz

Serving Oklahoma

“If you take care of the land, it’ll take care of you.” That's the advice Jim’s late father gave him, and he always took it to heart.  Soon "land" became a metaphor for success, putting your heart where your feet are planted—in your faith, family, job, activities, and friends. As a third-generation cow-calf producer, Jim left corporate America and turned to land real estate to work in the environment he was raised. A native of Broken Arrow, OK, Jim received his degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. He draws from years of experience spanning the multiple industries and markets. Jim enjoys investing in his family, working the ranch, fishing, cheering at his twin boys' soccer games, and attending Church on the Move in Tulsa. He’s a fitness enthusiast and SFG1-certified kettlebell coach with the StrongFirst organization. “It’s amazing the value land provides, if you know where to look.” Jim is experienced in land and grazing management, pond construction, and other land improvements, including utilizing services through the National Resources Conservation Service and the Farm Service Agency. His skills in economic analysis, business development, and sales enable him to offer valuable insight for his clients. When it comes to owning land, Jim finds it truly special … so much more than a tract of dirt. It becomes part of an owner’s identity, as it’s a reflection of their values, goals, and even family legacy.
